Wild Hair

The latest "thousandaire" idea is one that will take some research, time, biology degree, and a lab.  We need to devise a way to measure our current Metabolistic Rate (MR) much like (or exactly like) how diabetics measure their insulin levels.  Why you ask??  If I've learned nothing else from my own 4HB experiments, it's that metabolism control is where true weight loss and body shaping happens.  Data mapping how your MR increase or decreases after each meal will undoubtedly help you adjust your diet.  Monitoring your MR decrease rate an hour, 2 hours, 5 hours, even a day after a work would would assist you in understand your minimal effective does. 

This old mind set that age plays a significant role in your metabolism is crap!  Your daily ingestion of shitty substances, I refuse to call most processed items food, lack of mobility, and sheer laziness are what I contribute our nations obesity issues too.  The human body has an amazing ability to right it's own ship at any age, we've got to be able to manage our metabolism to steer it in the right direction. 

What's next??  I don't know, maybe kickstarter??
